We level twice and when leveling we start at the lowest point of the house and gradually work our way back, 5-10mm at a time, to the highest point of the house. This technique ensures minimal cracking of plaster and walls inside the property. We also set up our jacks in the correct way which is absolutely crucial to ensure minimal damage to the property.
When we hang, we hang from the centre of the house and work our way outwards to the exterior, which ensures a cleaner hole before concrete is poured. The average hole size we make is 350-400mm. We start pouring from the exterior edge of the property and work our way inwards, hole by hole. Every stump we install is individually leveled to ensure maximum stability.
