Latest Technology
We employ the latest technology to complete the task in the best way possible. For example, we use a Pressurised Water Level which gives the most accurate reading of the level of your home.
Best Products
We use better products than is required. For example we use high grade 32 MPA concrete, which dries faster and is stronger than normal concrete. We also use the best bolt stumps and if timber replacements are required we nail and use joist ties as a double precaution for low lying houses.
Comprehensive Quotes & Advice
Our quotes and advice are comprehensive, meaning there will be no nasty surprises halfway through the job. We use specialised equipment to properly inspect your property and will inform you of everything you need to know. Best Practices and Techniques
We level twice and when leveling we start at the lowest point of the house and gradually work our way back, 5-10mm at a time, to the highest point of the house. This technique ensures minimal cracking of plaster and walls inside the property. We also set up our jacks in the correct way which is absolutely crucial to ensure minimal damage to the property.
Quality Assurance
We are pedantic about our work. Every single hole is checked by the principal of Assurance Restumping and then by the building inspector.
